Wrapping Paper
Why not make your own wrapping paper by printing on lining paper which can be bought really cheaply in most DIY stores. You can also use old wallpaper or any scrap paper to hand.
Printing with paint can be done using everyday objects, potatoes and carrots cut into shapes, tubes, boxes, string, leaves and shaped cookie cutters. Add drawn elements to create strings of fairy lights or Christmas trees.
Bubble mixture mixed with paint and water also makes fantastic bubbles when blown with a straw which you can then cover with paper to make bubble prints. Be careful to blow and not drink the mixture!)
